After we dial in your design, and pick your materials, and colors the real fun begins. We take your design and create a 3D model that we then use to model our cuts for the CNC machine (this ensures it fits the same as your 3D printed prototype). After your frame and temples are cut out we smooth all the edges by hand and put them in our custom tumblers where they pass through multiple stages for 80+ hours to get rid of any blemishes. Then we take them and finish every frame by hand with multiple stages of hand polishing to achieve the perfect finish.
